Local Expertise, Global Reach Campaign | Smith & Associates 2024

As Digital Marketing Coordinator for Smith & Associates Real Estate, I led a multi-platform campaign to highlight the brokerage’s unique position as a locally rooted luxury brand with global marketing reach in over 70 countries.

I developed a promotional video to showcase Smith’s international network to prospective luxury home sellers. I wrote the script and used advanced text-to-speech AI to create natural-sounding narration with custom accents and tones. The video combined edited brand footage, custom motion graphics, and color correction to deliver a polished asset used in both high-level presentations and digital advertising.

To amplify the message, I launched a complementary month-long static graphic series across social media, spotlighting our international affiliate connections. By strategically tagging global partners and optimizing content for platform engagement, the campaign increased Instagram engagement by 12% and added over 300 new followers—reinforcing Smith’s brand as a luxury brokerage with true global reach.

Smith Giving Campaigns: Communications Strategy & Multimedia Campaign | 2023-2024

At Smith & Associates Real Estate, I led the creation and execution of a comprehensive communications and marketing strategy for the company’s charitable foundation and its annual grant program. Working closely with the foundation’s spokesperson, I developed campaign messaging, updated the website for a clearer submission process, and produced a range of promotional materials to drive community awareness.

A centerpiece of the campaign was a video I scripted, filmed, edited, and enhanced with custom motion graphics. Designed to walk applicants through the grant process, the video served as an accessible, professional resource and was distributed across web and social channels.

Following the grant awards, I developed a post-campaign strategy that included announcing grant recipients, producing video testimonials from past grantees, and launching a sustained social media campaign. This campaign continued throughout the year and included inviting recipients to the brokerage for volunteer opportunities, deepening community ties. I also designed the Smith Giving Report, a branded booklet highlighting the foundation’s impact through volunteerism, in-kind donations, and grant funding. The campaign significantly expanded nonprofit engagement, boosted public awareness, and positioned the foundation as a committed leader in local philanthropy.

Education Abroad Campaign | USF WORLD 2022

As part of my role at USF World, I developed and executed a multi-platform campaign to promote Education Abroad programs and increase student engagement. A centerpiece of this effort was a promotional video created using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, which animated existing photography and footage into a compelling visual piece. The video was used across social media, presentations, and digital advertising to highlight the value of global learning experiences and support recruitment efforts.

In addition to video content, I designed a suite of branded print and digital materials, including flyers for faculty-led programs, informational half-sheet cards for student orientations, and a comprehensive booklet previewing upcoming study abroad opportunities. I also established a sub-branding system for early-semester outreach to maintain visual consistency across all materials. These efforts helped streamline the enrollment process, improve advisor-student connections, and elevate the visibility of Education Abroad programs across campus.

Video Advertising & Social Media Content | Smith & Associates 2022-2024

As Digital Marketing Coordinator at Smith & Associates Real Estate, I developed a wide range of video content for multi-platform advertising across social media, streaming services, Google Ads, and the company website. This gallery includes highlights from the "Search" campaign designed to drive website traffic, a narrated brand advertisement, a video supporting the HGTV Ultimate House Hunt voting campaign, and an agent recruitment video featuring testimonials. Each video was strategically optimized for different platforms, with formats adapted to 9:16 for vertical reels and 1:1 for in-feed placements to maximize visibility and engagement

In addition to paid media, I managed, produced, and designed daily social media content that celebrated agent achievements, company milestones, and luxury condo developments. I regularly captured original photos and videos at ribbon-cuttings, events, and affiliate visits. A standout moment included documenting an all-day tour with our London-based partners from Mayfair International Realty, creating content later shared by both teams to showcase the strength of our international connections and brand reach.

Evolving Through Multimedia: Educator, Storyteller, Creator | FSCJ 2016-2025

My creative journey at Florida State College at Jacksonville began as a Digital Media student, where I volunteered on video production teams and developed my technical skills through hands-on projects. One of the most formative was a feature video on guest instructor Sidiki Conde, a West African dance teacher who, despite physical disability, teaches that “everyone can dance.” I filmed and edited the piece, which blended cultural storytelling with strong production value—and it ultimately led to a full-time role as Communications Coordinator with FSCJ’s Student Engagement department. In that role, I continued to produce impactful content, including Faculty Spotlight: Marq Mervin, where I directed, interviewed, and edited a studio-filmed feature highlighting the work of a respected Digital Media faculty member.

Years later, after gaining additional experience in design and marketing, I returned to remotely to FSCJ as an Adjunct Professor in the same program where I began. To enhance my curriculum, I created The Art of the Movie Poster, an educational video exploring the history, visual language, and stylistic evolution of movie poster design. I handled all aspects of production—from writing the script to creating motion graphics and editing the final video using Adobe Premiere Pro. The narration, generated with ElevenLabs AI, added a professional polish while preserving my creative voice. These projects collectively represent my progression from student to educator, each stage building on the last through storytelling, design, and a passion for media that connects and inspires.
