Local Expertise, Global Reach Campaign | Smith & Associates 2024
I led a multi-platform campaign positioning Smith & Associates as a locally rooted luxury brokerage with global marketing reach across more than 70 countries. The initiative was designed to communicate the firm’s international credibility to prospective luxury home sellers while reinforcing its premium, relationship-driven brand.
At the center of the campaign was a promotional video I scripted and produced, combining edited brand footage, custom motion graphics, and color correction into a polished asset used in executive presentations and digital advertising. To extend the message, I launched a complementary month-long social media graphic series spotlighting Smith’s international affiliate network. Through strategic partner tagging and platform-optimized distribution with additional paid social media ads. The campaign increased Instagram engagement by 12% and added more than 300 new followers—strengthening Smith & Associates’ positioning as a luxury brand with true global reach.
Global Excellence Campaign Lead – Strategy, Content & Video Production | USF WORLD 2022
I led the communications strategy and creative execution for USF World: A Decade of Global Excellence, a multi-channel campaign honoring the division’s global impact across international student services, education abroad, global research, alumni engagement, and international partnerships.
At the center of the campaign was a 10-minute documentary-style video I planned as both a flagship piece and a scalable content system. I developed the narrative framework, conducted research, and directed more than 23 interviews across three campuses, blending archival material with original footage into a polished final film. From the outset, the documentary was structured to be segmented into short-form videos optimized for social platforms—allowing individual moments to spotlight key areas of the division and extend the campaign’s reach through ongoing, platform-native storytelling educating audiences on the division's impact.
Smith Giving Campaigns: Communications Strategy & Multimedia Campaign | 2023-2024
I led the communications strategy and multimedia execution for Smith & Associates’ charitable foundation and its annual grant program, developing a comprehensive campaign to increase awareness, clarify the application process, and deepen community engagement. Working closely with the foundation’s spokesperson, I shaped campaign messaging, updated the website for a more accessible submission experience, and produced a range of promotional assets to support outreach efforts.
Central to the campaign was an instructional video I scripted, filmed, edited, and enhanced with custom motion graphics, designed to guide applicants through the grant process and serve as a clear, professional resource across web and social channels. Following the grant awards, I developed a post-campaign content strategy that included announcing recipients, producing video testimonials, and launching a sustained social media campaign that extended engagement throughout the year. I also designed the Smith Giving Report, a branded publication highlighting the foundation’s impact through volunteerism, in-kind donations, and grant funding—positioning Smith Giving as a visible, committed leader in local philanthropy.
Education Abroad Campaign | USF WORLD 2022
I developed and executed a multi-platform campaign to promote Education Abroad programs at USF World, focused on increasing student engagement and program visibility. A centerpiece of the campaign was a promotional video I produced using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, animating existing photography and footage into a compelling visual narrative. The video was deployed across social media, presentations, and digital advertising to communicate the value of global learning and support recruitment efforts.
Beyond video, I designed a coordinated suite of print and digital materials—including faculty-led program flyers, orientation handouts, and a comprehensive preview booklet of upcoming opportunities—and established a sub-branding system for early-semester outreach to ensure visual consistency. Together, these efforts streamlined the enrollment journey, strengthened advisor–student connections, and elevated the presence of Education Abroad programs across campus.
Video Advertising & Social Media Content | Smith & Associates 2022-2024
I led the development of video advertising and social media content for Smith & Associates Real Estate across paid and organic channels from 2022–2024. This work spanned multi-platform campaigns distributed through social media, streaming services, Google Ads, and the company website, including assets from the Search campaign designed to drive website traffic, a narrated brand advertisement, a video supporting the HGTV Ultimate House Hunt voting campaign, and an agent recruitment video built around testimonial storytelling. Each piece was intentionally optimized for platform performance, with formats adapted for vertical (9:16) and in-feed (1:1) placements to maximize reach and engagement.
Alongside paid media, I managed and produced ongoing social media content highlighting agent achievements, company milestones, and luxury condo developments, while also educating homebuyers and sellers on market insights, services, and the value of working with a luxury brokerage. I regularly captured original photo and video content at ribbon-cuttings, events, and affiliate visits, ensuring timely, brand-aligned storytelling designed to build trust and attract new clients. A standout example included documenting an all-day tour with London-based partners from Mayfair International Realty, producing content later shared by both teams to reinforce Smith’s international partnerships, global reach, and appeal to both buyers and sellers.
Evolving Through Multimedia: Educator, Storyteller, Creator | FSCJ 2016-2025
My creative journey at Florida State College at Jacksonville began as a Digital Media student, where I volunteered on video production teams and developed my technical skills through hands-on projects. One of the most formative was a feature on guest instructor Sidiki Conde, a West African dance teacher who, despite physical disability, teaches that “everyone can dance.” I filmed and edited the piece, blending cultural storytelling with thoughtful production, and it ultimately led to a full-time creative role supporting FSCJ’s Student Engagement initiatives. In that capacity, I continued producing institutional storytelling content for social media, including Faculty Spotlight: Marq Mervin, a studio-filmed feature I directed, interviewed, and edited to highlight faculty expertise and drive engagement across FSCJ’s digital channels.
Years later, after gaining additional experience in design, marketing, and content strategy, I returned to FSCJ as a remote Adjunct Professor in the same program where I began. In this role, I’ve refined my approach to content strategy by designing media-rich coursework informed by engagement patterns, performance insights, and student interaction data within an online learning environment. To support instruction, I created The Art of the Movie Poster, an educational video exploring the history, visual language, and stylistic evolution of movie poster design. I led the full production process—from scripting and motion graphics to editing in Adobe Premiere Pro—using AI-generated narration to add professional polish while preserving my creative voice. Together, these projects reflect my evolution from student to educator, with each stage building on the last through storytelling, strategy, and a data-informed approach to engagement.
